It is becoming more and more clear to me that the party formerly known as The Republicans, now going by GOP, is playing from the same playbook that has only five plays in it. First Maverick McCain attempts to cancel a debate for the second time in his history. Now "W" is giving a speech that he gave 5 years ago. I wonder if he got any white out on his hands when he reread this speech?
