Sometimes you hear some news that is in no way news, it’s just a given. But you write it up as part human interest and part who were you trying to fool? Paula Abdul, former dancer singer, current American Idol judge and star of her one season Bravo reality show “Hey Paula!” has admitted to a 12 year pill addiction. She told the entire story to “Ladies Home Journal” which posted the story on Monday.
